REAP Application Form 2025- REAP 2025 counselling registration process has commenced on the reap2025.com website. Candidates can complete their regsitration process, fill the application form, upload the documents, fill & lock the college options, and take a print of the application form.  It is important for the candidates to check their eligibility for REAP before applying or proceeding with registrations. Once the application form has been filled by the candidates. no chnages will be allowed in the date of birth, gender, income group, category, sub category, etc. The last date to complete the registration & submit the application form is June 30, 2025. The candidates have to pay the application cum registration fees of Rs 590 (500 Fees + 18& GST). It is imperative for candidates to read the instructions while filling out the online application form. All the candidates are requested to follow the instructions carefully given in the general instructions booklet on the official website. Candidates need to meet the minimum eligibility criteria to secure admissions through the REAP process. As per the REAP 2025 official notification, they have a new feature this year for candidates' convenience. To secure a seat at the allotted colleges, candidates need to report online and should have deposited the seat acceptance fee of Rs 10,000 through the REAP 2025 portal.

The Center of Electronic Governance (CEG), Rajasthan, has released all the important dates for candidates appearing for the REAP 2025 admissions. As per the official website, the date of commencement for filling of the online application cum registration with fees of Rs 590 is May 28, 2025. Candidates can check the official website to get the direct link to fill out the application form. The last date for payment of online application cum registration fee of Rs 590/- is June 30, 2025. The last date for submitting online application cum registration form is July 02, 2025.

On behalf of Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), the Center of Electronic Governance (CEG), Rajasthan, conducts the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP), a counselling and admissions process, for admission to BTech courses in the state. Through counselling, qualified applicants are enrolled in undergraduate engineering programs leading to Bachelor's degrees in several engineering disciplines. REAP Admission Procedure is performed (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur, and other Deemed & Private Universities)  on behalf of the Government-aided and Private Unaided Technical Institutions in Rajasthan.

Follow the step-by-step online application process for the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) given below. Candidates need to make sure they have a relevant mobile number and email address before applying to REAP 2025. All the registration and login processes for students are OTP based. All the details regarding the admissions will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.

Step 1: Register for REAP 2025

Click on the "Register for REAP 2025 exam" link. A new window will open click on I hereby declared and fill out the information like your father's name, email address, mobile number, give the password, etc.

Step 2: Fill out the REAP 2025 Application Form

After successfully registering, complete the REAP 2025 Application Form. Fill out/edit all of your personal, educational, category, and details.

Step 3: Upload important documents

Upload the important documents like a signature, photograph, etc.

Step 4: Fill/Update & Lock College Choice/Option Form

Fill out a college choosing exercise. Before finishing the option filling activity, consult the available seat matrix. You can save and leave as many times as you like, but the option/college choices must be entered by using the LOCK & SUBMIT button. They cannot be altered any further. If the applicant does not submit/lock the selections, they will be automatically locked and submitted on the deadline.

Step 5: Print REAP 2025 Application Form

Take a printout of your REAP application form and college choices for further use.

REAP 2025 Registration Fee

Applicants filling out the online REAP application form have to pay INR 590 (500 Fee + 185 GST) the REAP online application form fee. The REAP online application form fee can be deposited via Net banking/ ATM card/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Billdesk.

Documents Required to Fill REAP Application Form 2025

The applicants are required to upload the following documents while filling up the REAP online application form -

• Recent photograph (scanned copy)

• Signature (scanned copy)

• Previous qualifying exam mark sheet (XIIth/Diploma mark sheet)

• Category certificate (if applicable)
