To pursue an M.Tech. degree at IIT Tirupati Tirupati, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Applicants should have completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or institute. They should have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 60% or a CGPA of 6.0 out of 10.0 (55% for SC/ST candidates).
