National Institute of Kathak Kendra New Delhi invites application for admission into various course for the academic session 2016-17
About the Course -
The Elementary courses consist of a five-year Foundation Course and a three-year Diploma Pass course. It further equips the learner with a strong foundation required to study Kathak at a professional level in the Advance courses. Elementary course students are required to attend classes three times a week in their respective batches. All classes are held in the evenings.
The Advanced courses consist of a three-year Diploma Honours Course and a two-year Post Diploma Course. The courses are designed with an intent to create an accomplished exponent, whose art is well supported by an in-depth understanding of Music, Theoretical studies, and Yoga.
A. Advance Course-
1. Diploma Hons – Full Time - 3 years
2. Post Diploma Course – Full Time -2 years
B. Elementary Course -
1. Foundation Course – 5 years
2. Diploma Pass Course – 3 years
Age -
Diploma Hons – 18-23 years as on 1/6/2016
Post Diploma Course –20-26 years as on 1/6/2016
Foundation Course – 5 years as on 1/6/2016
Diploma Pass Course – 3 years as on 1/6/2016

Application forms along with the prospectus may be downloaded from the website of Kathak Kendra. Or Collect from Kathak Kendra 2 San Martin Marg Chanakyapuri, New Delhi .
The application form must have demand draft of Rs 200/ in favor of Director Kathak Kendra Payable at New Delhi.
Important Dates-
Application form open – 8th June -20th June 2016
The application form will available from 10 am to 5 pm on all the working days on payment of Rs 60.
The last of receiving complete application form is 22nd June 2016
