CUET PG Form Correction 2026 WindowCUET PG Form Correction 2026 Window to Open on January 28: The National Testing Agency will open the CUET PG application form correction window on January 28, 2026. Candidates who need to edit the CUET PG application form should visit the official website- exams.nta.nic.in and make the corrections on January 30, 2026 (up to 11.50 PM). Note that the authority will not extend the last date of correcting the CUET PG application form under any circumstances.
To correct the CUET PG 2026 application form, the candidates should enter their login credentials, such as the CUET PG application number and password. Unless the candidates submit the CUET PG application form after correcting it properly, the authority will not issue an admit card for them. After submitting the form, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

Candidates can edit the following details in the CUET PG application form.
- Any one of the details, such as the father’s name or the mother’s name
- Academic details such as Class 10 and 12, graduation, and post-graduation marks/ details
- Upload the photograph of the candidates and their signature properly, as per the specifications
- Exam city choices within the same state
- Personal details such as the Date of birth, PwD status, gender, and category of the candidates
- Adding more universities or courses
Candidates should make sure that the photograph and signature are not uploaded in a blurred state. Once the form is submitted, it cannot be edited further. It should be visible properly. Note that if the candidates select more than one subject, then they need to pay the additional fees. On the other hand, if the candidates want to edit their categories, then they need to pay additional application fees.
Also, the candidates will not be allowed to edit certain details in the CUET PG application form, such as the registered mobile number and email ID of the candidates, present and permanent addresses, and application number.
