Candidates can now check the list of colleges assigned for MD, MS, and diploma courses under the state quota. Students who participated in the counselling process are now able to download their allotment letter from the official site upon payment of the requisite fee. After downloading the order from the website, they must report to the allottee college with all original documents for verification and admission formalities. The window for downloading and reporting will be available until December 3, 2025; the allotted seat may be cancelled for non-joining. This round initiates the state’s series of rounds-based admission procedure and would be the candidates' first chance to obtain a postgraduate medical seat in the State of Tamil Nadu.

Steps to Confirm Admission After DME Tamil Nadu NEET PG Round 1 2025
Follow these steps carefully to secure your allotted seat.
Step 1:
Download the provisional allotment order after completing the online fee payment
Step 2:
Take printouts of the allotment letter, payment receipt, and application form
Step 3:
Visit the allotted college before the last reporting date
Step 4:
Carry all original certificates and required photocopies for verification
Step 5:
Submit the documents to the admission office and complete verification
Step 6:
Pay the college admission fee (if applicable at the institute)
Step 7:
Sign the joining report and complete all formal admission formalities
Step 8:
Collect the admission confirmation slip/receipt from the college
