The
JEE Main 2026 Session 1 exam is ongoing. This year, approximately 14.5 lakh candidates have registered for Session 1 exams, and with exams being conducted for a few shifts, more than 8 lakh candidates have already appeared for the exam. The chances for the rise in category-wise cutoffs are low; however, there is a slight chance that the cutoffs may decrease if the first three days of Session 1 JEE Main 2026 are considered.
