MHT CET Application Form 2026: If you are planning to take one of Maharashtra's most competitive entrance exams, now is the time to stay alert. The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell is expected to activate the registration link soon on its official website, cetcell.mahacet.org . Last year, the application form was released on December 30 and remained open until February 15. This indicates that registrations could begin anytime between December 29 and December 31, 2025.

Once the registration window opens, you will need to complete the online application process within the designated deadline, which will be announced soon. Please make sure you meet the eligibility criteria before applying. If you have graduated from Class 12 at a recognized board, you are eligible to register for the Maharashtra CET.

The application fee structure is expected to follow the previous year’s pattern. If you belong to the general category, you will likely need to pay Rs 800. Applicants from reserved categories and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) will be required to pay Rs 600. Payments can only be made through online methods, and once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances. After successful payment, your application form will be submitted automatically, so there is no need for any offline confirmation

    Step 3: After registration, log in using your application number or email ID and password. This will take you to the application form dashboard.

    Step 4: Enter your personal information carefully, including your full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, category, and address. All details must match your official documents.

    Step 5: Provide your Class 10 and Class 12 details such as board name, year of passing, roll number, and marks. If you are awaiting results, select the appropriate option.

    Step 6: Select Exam Group and Preferences
    Choose the correct exam group—PCM or PCB—based on the course you are applying for. Also, select your preferred exam city choices.

    Step 7: Upload scanned copies of your recent photograph and signature in the prescribed format and size. Ensure the images are clear and readable.

    Step 8: Before proceeding, carefully review all the information entered. Check spelling, numbers, and selections to avoid errors.

    Step 9: Pay the application fee using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. The fee is non-refundable, so confirm all details before payment.

    Step 10: Once the payment is successful, your application form will be automatically submitted. You will receive a confirmation message on the screen.

    Step 11: Download the submitted application form and take a printout. Keep it safe, as it may be required during admit card download and counselling.
