However, Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences has not yet released the official dates for the web option entry on its portal, apuhs-pgadmissions.aptonline.in. Normally, the option-entry process begins around five to six days after the final merit list is issued. Based on the MCC state counselling timeline, candidates may anticipate the online web-option window to be available between November 19 and 21, 2025 . If not announced by then, the Phase 1 web option process will most likely commence in the last week of November 2025.

The 4,108 eligible non-service candidates are required to use Internet Explorer Version 10 to participate in the NTRUHS AP NEET PG Phase 1 counselling process. After logging in successfully on the official portal, the AP NEET PG 2025 choice-filling page will be displayed. The left side of the screen will show the list of available colleges along with their college codes, locations, offered courses, and respective districts. On the right side, candidates can enter and arrange their preferred college options. Choices can also be filtered using the college codes. They may select as many colleges as they wish, and each option will be assigned a priority number based on its position in the list. Once the allotted time for the option-entry window ends, all entered choices will be automatically locked.
