Patna University English department gave away the coursework certificates recently. A total of 38 research students of Patna University (PU) English Department were awarded the pre-Ph D coursework certificates at Darbhanga House in Patna by the head of the department Shvi Jatan Prasad.
The top 5 scholars who have secured grade ‘A’ in the examination were also conferred with the rank certificates. They included Ajay Kumar, Annu Prakash, Farhain Khan, Soumya Priya and Priyam Francis .
Certificates for notable performance in extra-curricular activities such as anchoring, managerial activities, poetry and essay competition were also provided to the post-graduate students. The students were of 2nd and 4th semester of various post-graduate streams.
The top 10 scholars of the pre-Ph D registration test conducted by PU were also given certificates. The senior faculties of Patna University such as Indiber Mukherjee, Ashish Dutt and S.M Ashok marked their presence in the felicitation.
