MP NEET counselling 2025 reporting for round 2 is ongoing, and the last date to report at the allocated institute is August 29, 2025. The Madhya Pradesh 2025 counselling round 2 reporting at the allocated institute began on August 22, 2025. The document verification process for round 2 will be held from August 30, 2025, to September 1, 2025, offline at the students' allocated institutes. The round 3 seat matrix in the MP NEET counselling will be out on September 2, 2025.

Qualifying students must register and pay their counselling fees for round 3 from September 3, 2025, to September 8, 2025. Students must meet the required cutoff scores based on their categories to be called for the counselling rounds in the participating colleges of Madhya Pradesh. • Seat Acceptance Dates - The seat acceptance window is now open and shall accept seat confirmation till December 16, 2025 .
• Seat Acceptance Fee- Candidates who have been allotted seats for the first time should pay the seat acceptance fee online, for Rs 1000 to access the seat allotment order.
• Allotment Order- Once the seat acceptance fee is paid, the Seat Allotment Order will be issued for candidates to download and carry while reporting to the institute.
• Reporting to the Institute- Candidates must carry their original documents and report to the institute and confirm their admissions. Candidates should confirm admission before the deadline, as this is the mop-up round and there will be no further counselling rounds.
