IIT Bombay opens Applications for Advanced Programmes: The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, has started the Professional Certification Programs in Cybersecurity and Software Development, offered by the IITB Trust Lab, Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The primary agenda behind this advanced program is to offer industry-relevant and application-driven education. So that the program can follow the academic-industry integrated model to blend the theoretical concepts with the hands-on practices. In this regard, the authority of the IIT Bombay mentioned that the course span of each of the advanced programs will be for twelve months, which will comprise three structured courses. Simultaneously, the weekly laboratory sessions will be replicated with the real-world professional environments, which enables building both the workplace-ready expertise and conceptual understanding. 

IIT Placements 2025-26: IIT Placements for the year 2025-2026 will be conducted in two phases for all the IITs. Usually, the first phase began around December and the second phase from February to May. IIT Bombay reported an average package of approximately INR 36.9 LPA, with sectors like technology, finance, and consulting dominating recruitment. IIT Indore recorded an average salary of around INR 23.50 LPA, with top-performing BTech branches like Computer Science Engineering and Electrical Engineering having the highest averages. IIT Kharagpur recorded a Domestic Highest Package of INR 1 Crore with top recruiters like  Apple, Texas Instruments, Goldman Sachs, Uber, and Schlumberger. IIT Delhi is recorded to have offered the highest package of INR 1 Crore Per Annum at the domestic level, with more than 50 offers above INR 1 crore. Some of the top recruiters of the Top IITs in India are Microsoft, Google, Apple, Schlumberger, Qualcomm, Amazon, Flipkart, ISRO, American Express, Boston Consulting Group, Intel, etc.

KLEEE 2026 Phase 1 start date: As per the schedule, the KL University will conduct the KLEEE 2026 Phase 1 exam from November 14 to 18, 2025. Candidates who will appear for the KLEEE Phase 1 exam should practice the model question paper during their last-minute preparation. So that the candidates will be well aware of the question type, their marking scheme, and other details regarding the exam. As per the paper pattern, the candidates will get 25 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. To complete the KLEEE exam, the candidates will get 3 hours of time. Weightage of all the questions carries equal marks, and no negative marking is there for incorrectly marked answers. Try to solve the model questions during 3 hours, so that the candidates will be able to improve their time management skills before appearing for the exam.

IIT Gandhinagar launches Special PGD Programmes: The  Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar, launches three new 6-month PGD programs in Generative AI-enabled technologies. These courses are being offered in partnership with Futurense Technologies and are designed to empower students and working professionals with advanced knowledge in AI, Data Science, and Software Engineering with Cloud. All courses include more than 600 hours of intensive, hands-on learning that provides participants with practical experience equivalent to about two years in the tech industry.
