If you belong to a reserved category like SC, ST, or BCM, then the 158 cutoff is enough to get a BTech IT seat at Dr. N.G.P. Institute of Technology. But, if you are from the reserved category, you need a 170 to 180 cutoff to get a BTech IT seat at Dr. N.G.P. Institute of Technology. As per the TNEA counselling 2024, the cutoff required for BTech IT at Dr. N.G.P. Institute of Technology was 174.5 for OC, 172.5 for BC, 159 for BCM, 166.5 for MBC, 97 for SC, and 94 for ST. If we consider the last year BTech IT cutoff, with 158 cutoff, you can BTech IT seat if you are from the SC, ST, or BCM category. The BTech IT cutoff 2025 will be released during TNEA counselling 2025 after each round of seat allotment. Currently, TNEA 2025 counselling is underway.
