Dear student, The Heritage Law College which is under the University of Calcutta, grants admission to BA+LLB courses according to the Calcutta University norms. For Heritage Law College admissions, you may apply online through the University of Calcutta's official website. Single online applications are invited for admission to the 1st Semester of the 5-year B.A.LL.B. Course for the academic session 2023-2024. Students who have passed Class 12 or its equivalent from the Board recognised by the University of Calcutta can apply for admission. The number of seats available is 180 and the entry fee fo general is Rs 500.

Dear student,

In order to get admission in the BA LLB course of Heritage Law College, Kolkata, you will first have to check the eligibility criteria of the course. The eligibility conditions for the integrated law course of BA LLB at Heritage Law College state that you should have completed class 12th from a recognised board of education with at least 45% marks in aggregate. The candidates belonging to the categories of SC, ST and PwD must have at least 40% marks.

Apart from that, you will have to appear for the entrance test conducted by the college to shortlist candidates for the course. The dates of the entrance exam of Heritage Law College have not been announced yet and were postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak in the country. After the entrance exam, you will have to attend the counselling process of Heritage Law College through which you will get final admission depending upon your score.
