International Institute of Health Management Research, Delhi girls’ hostel provides fully-furnished, safe, and disciplined accommodation with optional AC and mess facilities, while residents must follow rules, maintain decorum, and are responsible for their belongings. Fees cover lodging and basic amenities, with additional charges for mess, electricity, and optional services.

IIHMR Delhi Hostel Rules and Regulations

1. General Guidelines
All residents are required to follow the hostel regulations. Rooms are allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to fee deposit, and the final allotment is at the discretion of the Management. The hostel facility includes boarding and lodging and is primarily meant for students who are not residents of New Delhi, maintain discipline, focus on studies, and pay hostel and canteen charges on time. Rooms may be provided to Delhi residents only if available. The rooms are air-cooled and furnished with cots, mattresses, pillows, study tables, and chairs.

  • Residents are not allowed to enter male students’ rooms.
  • Loitering on campus after 9:00 PM is strictly prohibited.
  • Residents are responsible for their valuables and belongings.
  • Day scholars cannot stay in the hostel without written permission from the Warden.
  • Residents are responsible for any mishaps on or off campus.
  • Management may change room allotments at any time without prior notice.
  • Ragging is strictly prohibited as per the Supreme Court order.
  • Switch off all lights, fans, and appliances when leaving the room.

3. Campus Welfare Committee

  • A committee of three residents will meet the Warden/Hostel In-Charge every 15 days to discuss hostel-related issues.

  • The administration’s discretion is final on matters not covered by these rules.
  • The institute may deny accommodation to any student at any time in the interest of the institution.
  • Management reserves the right to amend rules for the overall benefit of the hostel and students.
