Plantation Drive at MET Mumbai

Planting a tree can increase the resilience of ecosystems, help minimize climate change effects and buy people time to adapt the changing condition. The continuous deforestation and illegal land acquisitions by humans have created an alarming situation for us. This is the peak time that we all come together and give back to the mother nature what we need to - Plants.

The best time to plant a tree was years ago. The second best time is now! A plantation drive was held on 29th April, 2022 in the presence of Mr Pankaj Bhujbal, Hon. Trustee, MET, and distinguished guests Mr. Pratyush Panda, CSR Director, L&T Infotech, Prasanna Lohar, Vice President Technology (Digital, Innovation & Architecture), DCB Bank, Mr. Rishiraj Baruah, Senior Associate, AZB & Partners, Dr. Ravi Srinivas, Advisory Board Member of TASA Global, Dr Swati Lodha, Director, MET IOM and MET Institute of Management faculty.
