RUAS has launched a new course called the Postgraduate Diploma in Facility Management (PGDFM) which is a three-trimester programme. It is an NBA-accredited PGDM programme offered to students who want to become professionals in the facility management field. According to an analysis by Precision Reports, the global facility management market is projected to reach $25.65 billion by 2027, while India's market is expected to grow to $197.56 billion by 2028 with a CAGR of 7.37%. The new PGDFM programme by Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences has been launched after observing the growing demand for facility management professionals in the world.
Enrolling in the Postgraduate Diploma in Facility Management (PGDFM) programme by RUAS will help students build expertise in facility management. In addition, students will receive two weeks of training with hands-on sessions on Global standards in Facility management from Schweizerischer Fachverband Betriebsunterhalt-SFB, Zurich, Switzerland. Students will build experience from the various industrial visits, internships, and workshops provided by the university. The faculty for PGDFM course are all PhD holders from top institutions around the world.
During the RUAS PGDFM admission, students can also claim various scholarships offered by the university. The 2024 admission is currently ongoing, and early-bird scholarships are being offered to students who are applying right now.

The results will be released by September 2024 and candidates obtaining the minimum cutoff scores will be eligible to take part in the Karnataka PGCET 2024 counselling process which will begin in September 2024. After each round of counselling, KEA will release the PGCET 2024 cutoff rank for each college, which is the last rank at which a candidate can get allotment in that college. The cutoff rank helps a candidate determine whether they should apply for that particular college or not.
