NIFT Hyderabad Admission Latest Update

The deadline to apply for NIFT 2026 has been extended till January 13, 2026. Candidates can also submit their applications with a late fee of Rs 5,000 until January 16, 2026. Admissions are open for B.Des, B.F.Tech, M.Des, M.F.Tech, and MFM programmes, and applications must be submitted online at the official website, exams.nta.nic.in/niftee.

Registration for NIFT Entrance Exam 2026 Now Open - NTA has announced that registration for the National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination (NIFTEE) for the year 2026 is now live. This includes admissions for various programmes such as Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), NLEA (Lateral Entry), Artisans, and Ph.D. programmes. Interested candidates can apply online through the official NTA website. Ensure to complete your registration before the deadline to secure your chance for admission into the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology.

NIFT 2026 registrations have begun at exams.nta.nic.in/niftee for all UG and PG courses, including B.Des, B.F.Tech, M.Des, M.F.Tech, and MFM. Candidates can apply until January 6, 2026, while forms submitted with a late fee will be accepted till January 10, 2026. The application fee is ₹2000 for General category applicants and ₹500 for SC/ST/PwD categories. The entrance exam will be conducted on February 8, 2026.

Admissions at NIFT Hyderabad

NIFT offers two undergraduate and one postgraduate course namely B.Des, B.F.Tech and M.F.M for which an entrance exam is conducted every year. Prior to applying for admission, candidates must go through the NIFT Hyderabad eligibility criteria along with the selection process.  NIFT Hyderabad admission is done through the NIFT entrance exam for both UG and PG degrees. Candidates that meet the NIFT cut-offs are expected to attend the NIFT counselling round. Candidates must choose the course and college of their choosing for admittance throughout the counselling process.

Yes, you can apply for the NIFT Entrance Exam 2025 now. The application window is currently open. The last date to apply without a late fee is January 6, 2025, and if you miss that, you can still apply with a late fee until January 9, 2025. It deals with topics like comprehending design approach and inter-relationship of function, circulation, structure, material and construction, climatology, services, form, aesthetics, and knowledge inbuilt environment. Interpret the facet of architectural design and urban realm context through schematic drawings, project reports, physical models, and 3 D visualizations. LPU is amongst the Top 5 School of Architecture, Design and Planning disciplines in India and the top 100 schools globally by 2025 by becoming a Centre of design excellence in Academics, Consultancy and Research. The LPU architecture programmes are designed and delivered with an objective of wholesome development of students.Analyze and appraise through research, various aspects of anthropometry, building technology, materials, structural analysis and design, history, art, culture, humanities, landscape, assessment methods, architectural computation, and management of resources.
