Registration for NIFT Entrance Exam 2026 Now Open - NTA has announced that registration for the National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination (NIFTEE) for the year 2026 is now live. This includes admissions for various programmes such as Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), NLEA (Lateral Entry), Artisans, and Ph.D. programmes. Interested candidates can apply online through the official NTA website. NIFT 2026 registrations have begun at exams.nta.nic.in/niftee for all UG and PG courses, including B.Des, B.F.Tech, M.Des, M.F.Tech, and MFM. Candidates can apply until January 6, 2026, while forms submitted with a late fee will be accepted till January 10, 2026. The application fee is ₹2000 for General category applicants and ₹500 for SC/ST/PwD categories. The entrance exam will be conducted on February 8, 2026.
NIFT offers two undergraduate and one postgraduate course namely B.Des, B.F.Tech and M.F.M for which an entrance exam is conducted every year. Prior to applying for admission, candidates must go through the NIFT Hyderabad eligibility criteria along with the selection process. NIFT Hyderabad admission is done through the NIFT entrance exam for both UG and PG degrees. Candidates that meet the NIFT cut-offs are expected to attend the NIFT counselling round. Candidates must choose the course and college of their choosing for admittance throughout the counselling process.
