In India, B.Sc Nursing admissions are NOT done basis religion. Seat availability for B.Sc Nursing of Muslim students will be based on merit only. However, you can avail some respite as you are a girl student, & in many colleges, seats are reserved for 'female candidates'. 

Also, if you belong to any of the reserved categories like OBC, SC,ST, PwD, even then you will get some relaxation.

So, we can expect the RR Institutions Cutoff 2023 to be in between 53860 to 53900. So, it is not possible to get a seat at RR Institutions with your CET score.
