Jadavpur University in Kolkata is all set to honour Harmanpreet Kaur with an Honorary Doctor of Letters (D.Litt.) degree, celebrating her remarkable role in leading India’s women’s cricket team to their first-ever ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup title. The idea to present Harmanpreet Kaur with this prestigious recognition came during a special meeting held by the university’s deans, called by the new Vice-Chancellor, Chiranjib Bhattacharya. The honorary degree will officially be presented during the university’s convocation ceremony scheduled for December 24, 2025.

Candidates interested in participating must visit the official website at /pecet-sche.aptonline.in/PECET and submit their web options by October 7, 2025.

AP PECET Seat Allotment Result 2025: Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur will release AP PECET Seat Allotment Results 2025 today, September 19. Candidates can check their allotment status on pecet-sche.aptonline.in after the results are released. To access the seat allotment, candidates must log in to their portal with their username, password, and the displayed captcha. Seat and allotment will be determined based on seat availability in participating colleges and courses, candidates' qualifying examination marks, and the options selected in the option form.

AP PECET Seat Allotment 2025: The Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test (AP PECET) 2025 seat allotment will be published on September 19, 2025. The allotment will determine the college and courses based on the PECET score, preferences, and the reservation policy of the candidates. Though the exact time of release has not been declared, like previous years, it is likely to be available in the evening (by 6 PM). The candidates need to log in to the allotment page on the official PECET website to view their detailed allocation. After checking the allotment, the candidates need to report to the colleges that have been allocated to them to confirm their admission from September 22 to 23, 2025.
