The GATE 2026 mock tests for all subjects are now available on gate2026.iitg.ac.in. The examination is scheduled for February 7, 8, 14, and 15, while the admit cards will be issued on January 2, 2026.
The deadline for the GATE 2026 application form correction window has been extended to November 10, 2025. The examination will take place on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026.
The deadline for Karnataka PGCET 2025 Round 2 admission fee payment and reporting to allotted colleges has been extended to today, October 31, 2025. Initially, candidates were required to pay the fee by October 29 and report by October 30.
The GATE 2026 correction window is now active at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Candidates can make necessary edits to their application forms through the GOAPS portal until November 3, 2025.
The candidate shall have passed the second year Pre University or XII standard or equivalent examinations held preceding the entrance test with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: - Chemistry and has secured not less than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate marks in optional subjects with English as one of the language for admission to Engineering and Technology Courses.
Promotion: A candidate is eligible for promotion from even semester to odd semester (i.e. to next academic year) provided, the candidate has to fulfill his credits issued by Jntu ATP.
Attendance Requirement: Each semister is considered as a unit and the candidate has to put up a minimum attendance of 75% in each subject.
Eligibility for Passing: For a pass in Theory subject/drawing, a candidate shall secure a minimum of 40%, with aggregate of 40% inclusive of Internal Assessment marks(min 18 of 30).
