I am a student of ICSE board and want to apply for POLYCET. But I don't have any roll number or hall ticket number, then please tell me what should I write in the place of roll number in that column?

It is mandatory for the students to have a hall ticket number in order to pay the TS POLYCET application fee. However, since you are from the ICSE board and the results are not out yet for ICSE 10th boards, it is advisable for you to contact the examination authority and raise this query with them. Maybe they can help you with this.
