• 80% refund if withdrawal is made within 15 days after the last admission date

• No refund is provided if withdrawal is requested after 30 days from the last admission date

Hostel Fee Refund Policy

The hostel fee refund is governed by the following rules:

• 100% hostel fee refund if the student vacates the hostel within one week
• If the student leaves within 45 days, an amount of INR 1,000 plus hostel rent for 45 days will be deducted
• No refund is applicable if the student vacates the hostel after 45 days

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the concerned university authority for processing.
