AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 Cutoff Deciding Factors

The AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 Cutoff is decided based on certain factors. The important factors on which the cutoffs are decided are given below:

  • Difficulty Level of Exam: If the question paper of the AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 is difficult, the cutoff will probably be low. The exam's difficulty level is a significant factor in deciding on the cutoff.
  • Previous Year’s Cutoff Trends: The cutoff scores of the past few years can provide an idea of the competitiveness of the exam and help decide the cutoff of the current year.
  • The Number of Candidates Who Appeared in the Exam: Increased competitiveness from increased participation results in a higher cutoff. On the other hand, if participation is less, there is less competition, which lowers the cutoff.
  • Candidate’s Performance in the Exam: If the majority of the candidates perform well in the exam, the cutoffs will be higher, and vice versa.
  • Seat Availability for the Selected Course: The cutoff is higher when few seats are available, as the competition will be high. Likewise, if seats are more seats, the competition will be less, leading to lower cutoffs.
  • Reservation Policies: Cutoffs are also impacted by the reservation policy that allows reserved seats to SC, ST, OBC, and EWS.
