• The counselling process generally begins two weeks after the declaration of the cutoff list. 

• For the counselling process to begin, call letters are issued to the candidates.

• Candidates are asked for their choice of course and then they are allocated seats according to their preference. 

• Finally, the documents of the candidates are sent for the final verification round, ensuring the admission of the candidates. 

• The counselling process is done offline mode at the college premises. 

• Once the choice of the course has finally been made by a candidate, no further alteration under any circumstances will be entertained. 

• The admission is granted to the student as per the availability of seats for a particular course and making it to the cutoff list does not ensure admission. 

• After getting admission in a particular course, candidates need to submit the fee right there and then. Candidates can lose their claim on the seat if they fail to submit the fee after admission.
