BVP CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates willing to apply for BVP CET 2026 should check whether they meet the minimum eligibility criteria for applying in the examination. As Bharati Vidyapeeth University offers many courses, the eligibility norms are different for different courses. The eligibility norms for various courses are listed below:

BVP CET 2026 Eligibility For B.Tech

  • Candidates are required to qualify or should be appearing for the 12th standard examination from a recognised board or university.
  • Mathematics and Physics should be mandatory subjects. The optional subjects can be Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.
  • Candidates should get a minimum of 45% marks (in the case of the General category) and 40%  in the case of the Reserved (SC/ST) category.

BVP CET 2026 Eligibility For MBA

  • There is no upper age limit to apply for the MBA program.
  • Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • Candidates should get a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam (40% for reserved (SC/ST) candidates)

BVP CET 2026 Eligibility For MCA (Lateral entry/3 years Full-Time)

  • There is no age limit to apply for the MCA program.
  • Candidates should have a 3-year Bachelor's degree program.
  • Candidates should have studied Mathematics at the graduate level or 10+2 level.
  • For MCA lateral entry, candidates should have a minimum of 3 -year Bachelor's degree program in BCS, BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science/IT).
  • Candidates should get a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination (40% for reserved (SC/ST) candidates).

BVP CET 2026 Eligibility For PG Medical Programme

  • Candidates should have done MBBS from a recognised medical college.
  • Candidates should have completed their mandatory rotating internship of one year on or before April 30, 2026.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks (40% for reserved (SC/ST) candidates) in MEDPET 2026.

BVP CET 2026 Eligibility For PG Dental Programme

  • Candidates should have passed the BDS examination from a recognised dental college.
  • Candidates should have completed their mandatory rotating internship of one year on or before March 31, 2026.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks (40% for reserved (SC/ST) candidates) in DENPET 2026.

BVP CET 2026 Eligibility For M.Tech Programme

  • Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant stream or equivalent examination with minimum passing marks from an AICTE-approved institution or AMIE along with a valid GATE score.
