SNAP Exam Analysis 2023 For General English
In SNAP 2023, the General English section was relatively easy, comprising 15 questions focused mainly on grammar and vocabulary topics like fill-in-the-blanks and compound words. You should aim to attempt 11-12 questions within 10-11 minutes for a good performance, as this strategy helps in scoring well under the time limit. SNAP Exam Analysis 2023 for Analytical and Logical Reasoning
The overall difficulty level of this section ranged from easy to moderate. Attempting around 19-20 questions in 24-26 minutes was considered a good strategy. A total of 25 questions were asked in this section, out of which 12 questions were on Verbal Reasoning and the remaining 13 were on Non-Verbal Reasoning. Questions from Verbal Reasoning were framed on similar lines to those of the previous years- 2 questions on syllogisms, 2 on course of action, 2 on Critical reasoning, 2 on cause-and-effect, 3 on statement–assumption, and 1 on logically correct sequence. Candidates observed that the questions were fairly easy to answer.
For Non-Verbal Reasoning, maximum questions were from Series (total 3). 2 questions each were asked from Circular arrangement (one involving people facing inwards and the other involving people facing outward), clocks, family tree and coding-decoding. One miscellaneous type of question was also found. All the questions asked in this section were singleton questions, and no set-based questions were found. SNAP Exam Analysis 2023 For Quantitative Ability
The overall difficulty level of this section ranged from Moderate to Difficult. Attempting around 12-13 questions in 20-22 minutes was considered a good strategy. This section of SNAP 2023 had 20 questions, out of which 19 questions were on Mathematics, and there was one singleton question on Data Interpretation. No question was found on Data Sufficiency.
Questions from Arithmetic and Modern Mathematics (7 questions) dominated this section. 3 questions were asked from Geometry, and 1 question was based on trigonometric ratios of 75 degrees. ‘None of the above’ was given as an option in many questions in this section, and there was an element of ambiguity in 1 question where the symbols of pi and square root were misplaced.
